The Goat is back

Been a long time since I updated! This is because I havent played properly yet, ive played a few k hands here and there but not got into any rythem(sp??)

Ill post later about thoughts and why I havent been playing, been lacking in motivation is the key thing really, and generally not being in the right mental state for some reason, probably a little burnt out from previous years grindathons

Anyway I want to get back on it, Im about -$2k so far this month from the few hands ive played mainly messing about but ill keep them in the log.

I was $15k up last month + aside from poker I made myself £5k or so so it was a nice january, lets get february up and running! Vegas is still on for march, my mate has robusto'd to the max, check jamsyms blog on my list, what a sick guy! £1k to £20k in like a week lol

Right now im contemplating starting on 5/10, if i run bad and lose $4k ill go back to ye olde 2/4, i can have big months at 2/4 so i dont mind, either way i need to grind!

    Don't lose your focus and start fukin about.

    diff between live and online

    Online is a boring grind - you av to have the mindset right.


    Live - is very sociable too so much easier to keep at it (I been doin it for 6 years non stop and still look forward to goin to a game!!)

  4. lol, you are right lee i do need to pull my finger out badly, ste keeps reminding me, ill agree with you on that.

    however i think live is a bit of a boring grind :) i suppose im just not that sociable lol, the hands per hour is a factor for me i suppose plus the games are different, i prefer the mathematical mechanics of online poker than the tells, face reading and testosterone! Each to there own and its well cool you still look forward to playing!

    I think experience is key to everything and im always willing to listen to advice from people older than me (so i never listen to ste) because I am just a kid and at the moment im acting like one.

    Anyway im about to write a new post, thank you for the comments!
